Terms and Conditions
These terms govern the supply of Visiblo's Google Business View 360° virtual tours, floorplans, Google Review Cards and related services. Please read them carefully — they form part of your contract with us.
Last updated: 16 July 2026
1. About us and these terms
These terms and conditions (the “Terms”) apply to the supply of services and goods by Visiblo (“we”, “us” or “Visiblo”) to you, the customer (“you”).
- Trading name: Visiblo, a general partnership based in the United Kingdom.
- Business type: Visiblo is a partnership. The partners are jointly and severally responsible for the partnership's obligations under these Terms.
- Company registration number: not applicable— Visiblo trades as a partnership and is not a registered company.
- VAT status: The partnership is not VAT registered. No VAT is charged, and the prices shown are the total price payable.
- Website: www.visiblo.co.uk. For contact and legal matters, use the contact form on our website.
These Terms are incorporated into every booking and order regardless of how the sale arises. By placing an order, accepting a quotation, or asking us to proceed, you agree to these Terms. We will supply you with, or direct you to, a durable copy of these Terms before or at the time your contract with us is formed.
2. Definitions
- Booking / Order— your request for our services or goods, which becomes a binding contract only once accepted by us in writing.
- Quotation— the written price and scope we provide for your project.
- Services— virtual-tour photography, floorplans, Google publishing, image processing, website embeds and related work described in your Quotation.
- Goods— physical products such as Google Review Cards.
- Deliverables— the finished imagery, tours, floorplans, files and products we agree to provide.
- Consumer— an individual acting wholly or mainly outside their trade, business, craft or profession.
- Business customer— any customer who is not a Consumer.
3. Our services
Visiblo provides the following, as set out in your Quotation:
- Google Business View / Google Street View 360° virtual-tour photography.
- Tap-to-review Google Review Cards, including an emailed QR code where ordered.
- 2D and 3D floorplans created from an on-site scan.
- Related website embeds, image processing and publishing services where included in your written Quotation.
We will provide the Services using reasonable care and skill. The precise scope of any project is defined by your Quotation and order confirmation.
4. Prices and quotations
The prices shown on our website are indicative guide prices:
- Virtual tours start from £350, with larger and multi-floor premises individually quoted.
- Google Review Cards currently cost £40 for one, £50 for two and £60 for three, with free standard UK postage and no subscription.
- Floorplans are normally a £90-per-business add-on to a purchased virtual tour.
- Standalone floorplans and unusually large premises are individually quoted.
Website prices are indicative only. Where they differ from your written Quotation or order confirmation, the price in your Quotation or order confirmation controls. Visiblo is not VAT registered, so no VAT is added and the price you are quoted is the total price payable.
Agreed travel, parking, congestion charges, access costs or other reasonable expenses may be added where stated in your Quotation. If you request additional work, or the project materially changes, we may provide a revised quote before continuing.
5. How a booking is made
Enquiries and sales may arise through any of the following channels:
- Face-to-face visits and cold calling
- Referrals
- Website enquiries or orders
- Inbound telephone calls
- Email or messaging
- An authorised Visiblo representative
A booking becomes binding only when we accept it in writing — for example by email, message, signed order form, invoice or booking confirmation. These Terms apply to every booking regardless of the sales channel, and you will be supplied with, or directed to, a durable copy of these Terms before or when the contract is formed.
By placing a booking you confirm that the person booking has authority to enter into the contract on behalf of the business and to obtain all permissions required for the shoot and any publication.
Photoshoots are usually scheduled approximately 2–6 weeks after booking, subject to availability. This is an estimate only and is not a guaranteed deadline unless we expressly confirm a specific date in writing.
6. Payment terms
One of the following payment arrangements will apply, as stated in your Quotation, invoice or booking confirmation:
Option A — deposit and balance
- A 50% booking payment is due when the booking is accepted.
- The remaining 50% is due no later than the photoshoot date and must be paid before or at the start of the shoot.
Option B — payment in full
- The full price is paid in a single payment before the photoshoot or fulfilment begins.
Option C — a bespoke arrangement
- In rare cases, Visiblo and the customer may agree a payment structure tailored to the customer's specific needs — for example a staged or instalment schedule.
- This applies only where it has been expressly agreed in writing, and the agreed terms (amounts and due dates) will be set out in your Quotation, invoice or booking confirmation.
Any booking payment reserves your slot and contributes towards committed costs and scheduling. It is not automatically non-refundable. If a booking is cancelled, any amount we retain must comply with applicable law and reasonably reflect the work undertaken, costs committed and loss caused, subject to any express cancellation schedule in section 7.
Also:
- Accepted payment methods are shown on your invoice.
- Agreed expenses (travel, parking, congestion, access) are payable as set out in your Quotation.
- Additional work or material changes may require a revised quote before we continue.
- Where an undisputed invoice is overdue, we may pause performance, withhold delivery, or postpone publication until payment is received.
- For business customers, we may charge statutory interest and reasonable recovery costs under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998 where it applies. Cancellation and rescheduling charges are set out in section 7.
- Nothing in these Terms restricts a Consumer's statutory rights.
7. Photoshoot cancellation and rescheduling
The following schedule applies to cancellations and rescheduling. The exact notice periods and charges are set out below and in your Quotation:
- Cancellation within 14 days of booking and more than 7 days before the shoot: no cancellation charge, and any booking payment already made is refunded in full.
- Cancellation more than 14 days after booking (but more than 7 days before the shoot): the booking payment is non-refundable and is retained to cover the reserved slot and committed costs.
- Cancellation 2 to 7 days before the shoot: the 50% booking payment is retained to cover the reserved slot and committed costs.
- Rescheduling with more than 48 hours' notice: one free reschedule to the next mutually available date.
- Late rescheduling with 48 hours' notice or less: a £30 rescheduling fee applies.
- Cancellation or postponement within 48 hours of the shoot: the 50% booking payment is retained.
- Customer non-attendance or no access on the day: the full price is payable.
- Photographer already travelling to, or arrived at, the premises: the full price is payable, plus any reasonable travel costs already incurred.
- Premises inaccessible, unsafe or unprepared: treated as short-notice cancellation (see above).
If severe weather, illness, equipment failure, transport disruption or another event outside either party's reasonable control prevents the shoot, we will offer a reasonable replacement date. If we are unable to perform the Services at all, we will offer a suitable replacement date or a fair refund of sums paid for work not carried out. You will not automatically lose all advance payments where that would be disproportionate.
Postponements you request remain subject to our availability.
8. Your responsibilities at the premises
To help the shoot run smoothly and lawfully, you must:
- Provide accurate business, site and Google Business Profile information.
- Ensure safe, lawful and timely access to the premises.
- Make the premises clean, staged and ready before we arrive.
- Remove confidential, offensive, misleading or unwanted materials from view.
- Secure valuables and identify any restricted areas.
- Obtain permission from the owner, landlord, occupier and relevant managers.
- Obtain appropriate permission or another lawful basis for any identifiable staff, customers, children or other individuals who may appear in the imagery.
- Inform staff and visitors that photography is taking place.
- Provide access to electricity, internet or relevant facilities if reasonably required.
- Ensure pets, hazards, alarms and security arrangements are controlled.
- If required, provide or authorise access to the correct Google Business Profile — this is only needed for Google Review Cards.
We may refuse to photograph any area that is unsafe, unlawful, inappropriate or unauthorised. Extra waiting time, a repeat attendance, significant additional editing, or a return visit caused by an unprepared or inaccessible site may incur an agreed additional charge.
9. Virtual tours and Google publishing
- We will perform the Services with reasonable care and skill.
- The exact number and position of panoramas or viewpoints is based on your Quotation, the site layout and our professional judgement.
- Minor differences in colour, perspective, stitching and appearance can occur.
- Google controls Google Search, Maps, Street View and Business Profile. We cannot guarantee Google's approval, processing time, continued hosting, ranking, traffic, enquiries, reviews or uninterrupted availability.
- Google may change, reposition, reject, blur, suspend, remove or stop displaying content under its own policies.
- Visiblo is an independent service provider. We are not Google, do not speak for Google, and do not promise any endorsement by Google. Any “Google Street View Trusted” description is used only where we currently qualify to use it.
- You must comply with Google's applicable policies.
- Where a fault is caused by our processing error, we will remedy it within a reasonable period.
- New photography, refurbishment, changed premises or customer-requested changes outside the original scope may be chargeable.
We do not describe third-party platform hosting as guaranteed “for life”.
10. Google Review Cards
- Card quantities and any emailed QR code are supplied as set out in your order.
- Standard UK postage is included as described on our website.
- Estimated dispatch: within 3 working days of cleared payment. Estimated delivery: a further 3–5 working days by standard UK post.
- Risk in the physical cards passes to you on delivery. Title passes once we have received full payment.
- If cards arrive incorrect, damaged or faulty, contact us and we will repair, replace or refund as appropriate.
- You must check that each card and QR code point to the correct business before public use.
- Cards work with compatible NFC-enabled devices and QR-capable cameras. We cannot guarantee that every device, browser or future operating system will support NFC.
- We do not guarantee any particular number, rating or sentiment of reviews. You must request reviews honestly and comply with Google's policies.
- You must not offer undisclosed incentives, manipulate reviews, “gate” reviews, mislead customers, or use the cards unlawfully.
- Where you supplied incorrect business information, reprogramming or replacement cards are chargeable at £15 per card plus postage.
- Consumer cancellation and return rights apply where relevant (see section 15). Personalised or made-to-specification goods are excluded from change-of-mind cancellation only where the legal requirements for that exception genuinely apply.
11. Floorplans
- Floorplans are illustrative marketing materials. They are not architectural, structural, measured-building, surveying, fire-safety, planning, accessibility or legal-title documents.
- Measurements and areas may be approximate.
- You must not rely on floorplans for construction, valuation, boundary, lease, regulatory or safety decisions.
- Exact scope, format, branding and number of revisions are governed by your Quotation.
- Measurement tolerance and revision allowance: measurements are approximate, typically within around ±5%, and one round of minor revisions is included; further changes are chargeable additional work.
12. Delivery, approval and corrections
Estimated delivery times (each an estimate, not a guaranteed deadline):
- Processed virtual-tour imagery: within 5–7 working days after the shoot.
- Google publication: typically 3–10 working days after your approval, subject to Google's own processing.
- Floorplan proofs and final files: proofs within 5 working days, with final files within 3 working days of your approval.
- Review Card dispatch: within 3 working days of cleared payment.
- QR-code delivery (where ordered): within 2 working days of cleared payment.
Estimated delivery dates can be affected by project complexity, customer delay and third-party platforms such as Google.
You will have 7 working days from delivery to report objective errors (for example, a missing agreed viewpoint or a factual labelling mistake). Failing to report within this period does not remove your statutory rights. Objective errors are distinct from subjective creative preferences. Revisions included in your Quotation will be carried out free of charge; work beyond the agreed scope is chargeable additional work.
13. Intellectual property and portfolio use
- Unless expressly assigned in writing, we retain copyright and intellectual-property rights in the imagery, tours, designs, floorplans and other commissioned materials, to the extent legally permitted.
- Once all sums due are paid, you receive a non-exclusive, perpetual licence to use the agreed Deliverables for your own lawful business marketing.
- The licence does not permit resale, relicensing, removal of ownership notices where relevant, deceptive alteration, or use for unlawful purposes.
- Third-party platforms and materials remain subject to their owners' terms.
- Source files and unedited captures are included only if your Quotation expressly says so.
- We may show completed work in our portfolio and marketing. If your premises are confidential or sensitive, you can opt out via our contact form.
- These Terms alone are not permission to publish identifiable individuals where separate data-protection considerations apply (see section 14).
14. Data protection and privacy
- Each party must comply with applicable UK data-protection law.
- Identifiable people in photographs may constitute personal data.
- You are responsible for notifying people at your premises and for securing any permissions or lawful basis required for the planned photography and publication.
- We process booking and customer information only as needed to provide the services you order.
15. Consumers and off-premises sales
Visiblo's services are provided to business customers only, and we do not generally accept Consumer customers. This section applies only in the event that we expressly agree to supply an individual who legally qualifies as a Consumer. Business customers do not receive a 14-day cooling-off period.
Where a Consumer contract is made online, by telephone, or during an off-premises face-to-face visit, the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 give you certain rights:
- A 14-day cancellation period for most contracts.
- The right to prescribed pre-contract information.
- A model cancellation method or cancellation form — you may cancel by a clear statement (for example via our contact form).
- If you expressly ask us to start the services during the cancellation period and then cancel, you may be required to pay proportionately for services already supplied.
- You lose the right to cancel a service only once it has been fully performed, and only where all required express requests and acknowledgements were obtained beforehand.
- For physical goods, the cancellation period runs from the day you receive them; genuinely personalised or made-to-specification goods are exempt where the legal conditions apply.
- Your statutory rights remain unaffected by these Terms.
Implementation note (for the booking flow):use separate, unticked checkboxes where relevant — (1) “I have read and agree to the Terms and Conditions.” (2) “I expressly request Visiblo to begin providing the service during my statutory cancellation period.” (3) “I understand that if the service is fully performed, I may lose my statutory right to cancel.” These boxes must not be pre-ticked.
16. Warranties, liability and insurance
- Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
- Nothing in these Terms excludes or restricts a Consumer's mandatory statutory remedies.
- For business customers only, and so far as legally reasonable, we exclude liability for indirect or consequential loss and for loss of profit, revenue, goodwill, anticipated savings or business opportunity.
- Subject to the above, our total liability for any claim is capped at the total charges paid or payable for the specific service or order to which the claim relates.
- Each party must take reasonable steps to mitigate its loss.
- If imagery is lost or corrupted before delivery, we will make reasonable efforts to reshoot or refund the affected service.
- Neither party is liable for failure or delay caused by events outside its reasonable control (force majeure); however, we will not keep payment indefinitely for work we never supply.
- Insurance: details of any professional indemnity or public liability insurance we hold are available on request.
17. Complaints and disputes
- To make a complaint, use our contact form with your name, booking reference, a description of the issue and any supporting photos.
- We aim to acknowledge complaints within 3 working days and to respond substantively within 14 working days.
- Both parties will try in good faith to resolve any dispute before starting court proceedings.
- Alternative dispute resolution: Visiblo is not currently registered with an alternative dispute resolution (ADR) provider.
- These Terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, subject to mandatory Consumer rights. For business contracts, the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
- If you are a Consumer, nothing here removes any mandatory right you have to bring proceedings in the part of the UK where you live.
18. General contract terms
- For business customers, these Terms and your Quotation are the entire agreement between us; this does not exclude liability for fraud.
- Any variation must be agreed in writing.
- We may use subcontractors and may assign or transfer our rights and obligations where lawful.
- A person who is not a party to the contract has no rights to enforce it, except as expressly stated.
- Failing to enforce a term is not a waiver of it.
- If any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions continue in force.
- Notices should be sent via our contact form or to the address in section 1.
- Order of precedence, if documents conflict: (1) signed order form or Quotation, (2) booking confirmation, (3) these Terms, then (4) website descriptions.
- Updates to these Terms apply to future bookings prospectively, not retrospectively, unless agreed.
- Provisions on payment, intellectual property, confidentiality and liability survive the end of the contract where appropriate.
